At Treasure Valley Sportswear Co., we take pride in producing high-quality, custom apparel and branded merchandise. Because many of our products are made-to-order, our return policy is limited but designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and quality assurance.


1. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our craftsmanship and guarantee our products against manufacturing defects and decoration errors.

If you receive an item that is defective or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products (Final Sale)

Most products sold through our store are custom-made, decorated, or produced specifically for your order.

Because of this:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Change of mind
    • Preference or style differences
    • Minor variations in color, material, or print placement

Returns or remedies are only provided for verified defects or errors caused by us.


3. Sizing Disclaimer (Important)

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when placing an order.

  • Size charts (when provided) are for reference only
  • Fit may vary by brand, style, and garment type
  • We do not guarantee exact fit

👉 We strongly recommend reviewing sizing information carefully before ordering, as we do not accept returns for sizing issues.


4. Acceptable Return Reasons

We may approve a return, replacement, or other remedy for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Decoration errors (printing, embroidery, etc.)
  • Incorrect item received (wrong product, size, or design)
  • Items damaged during shipping (proper documentation required)

5. Material & Production Variations

Due to the nature of apparel production:

  • Slight variations in color, fabric, stitching, or print placement may occur
  • Differences between digital images and physical products are normal

These are not considered defects.


6. Inspection & Reporting Window

You are responsible for inspecting your order upon delivery.

  • All issues must be reported within 7 business days of delivery
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review

7. Shipping, Office Delivery & Third-Party Recipients

Orders may be shipped:

  • Directly to individual customers, or
  • To a business location, office, or designated recipient

If your order is delivered to a third party (such as an employer or office), that party is considered authorized to receive and inspect the order on your behalf.

Once an order is delivered to the address provided at checkout, it is considered delivered and accepted.


8. Return Authorization Requirements

Returns are not accepted without prior authorization.

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be included
  • Items must follow return instructions provided by our team

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


9. Resolution Options

If a claim is approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (limited cases only)

All resolutions are issued at the sole discretion of Treasure Valley Sportswear Co. after review.


10. Bulk Orders & Custom Quotes

We welcome and encourage bulk or group orders.

Bulk ordering may qualify for custom pricing and coordination depending on quantity, product type, and customization.

  • Provide as much detail as possible (items, quantities, timeline, etc.)

We will review your request and provide a custom quote and guidance for your order.


11. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve a legitimate issue may be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in:

  • Denial of future service
  • Additional review or documentation requirements for future orders

We are committed to working in good faith to resolve any concerns.
