At Treasure Valley Sportswear Co., we produce custom apparel and branded merchandise with a focus on quality, accuracy, and professional presentation. Because many of our products are made-to-order, processing and delivery times may vary depending on the type of product and decoration method.
1. Order Processing Overview
All orders are processed after payment is received and design details (if applicable) are confirmed.
Because our products are custom-made, production begins only after your order is finalized.
2. Production Timeframes
Estimated production times are as follows:
Printed Apparel
- Typically completed within 5–7 business days
Embroidered Apparel
- Typically completed within 10–14 business days
These timelines may vary based on:
- Order size
- Product availability
- Design complexity
- Vendor and production capacity
3. Product Sourcing & Availability
We source garments from trusted wholesale suppliers. Most products are received within 1–2 business days, though some items may take longer depending on warehouse location and availability.
If delays occur due to supplier availability, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
4. Shipping Timeframes
Once production is complete, orders are shipped via standard carriers.
Typical shipping times:
- 2–5 business days within the United States
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Total Estimated Delivery Time
Typical total turnaround (production + shipping):
- Printed items: approximately 7–12 business days
- Embroidered items: approximately 12–18 business days
These are general estimates and may vary.
6. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple decoration types (e.g., print + embroidery) may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery of available items.
7. Business, Office & Third-Party Deliveries
Orders may be delivered to:
- Residential addresses
- Business locations
- Company offices or designated recipients
If an order is shipped to a business location, employer, or other third party, that party is considered authorized to receive the order on your behalf.
Delivery to the address provided at checkout is considered successful delivery and completion of our shipping obligation.
In some cases, orders delivered to business or office locations may be distributed internally after delivery. We are not responsible for any delays that occur after delivery to the designated address.
Customers may receive delivery notifications confirming when an order has been delivered to the provided address.
8. Delays & External Factors
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather or natural events
- Supply chain disruptions
- High seasonal demand
- Events outside our reasonable control
9. Expedited Orders
If you need an order sooner than standard production timelines:

- Expedited production or shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis
